Clinical studies show that simple meditation techniques can decrease stress, anxiety, and depression as well as increase memory, boost energy, and strengthen an individuals self-esteem.

And to think, that is just a small sampling of the benefits that meditation can bring!

~ Five Minute Morning Meditation and World Peace Visualization ~ Let's meditate for five minutes every morning and share our experiences in this forum. (comment below)

Before we begin, let us set the intent to honor, with gratitude, the peace that already exists within our hearts, within our minds, and within our world.
Then with 3 deep breaths, let us begin our meditation...
We will create a clear vision of what world peace looks like to each one of us...
We will hold our visions, projecting them onto others as vividly and as widely as we can...

To meditate with a quiet mind (no thoughts), literally focus (count your breath) as you inhale and exhale with s------l------o------w, deeeeep, r~h~y~t~h~m~i~c, breathing.

We can then send our thanks out to others in this network who's visions of world peace washed over us as they were sent out to all corners of the world!

Now imagine that everyone connected to this network meditates for at least five minutes every morning, engaged in this activity... ~ Imagine! ~
