Where is this documentary to be available and when?

I have been looking forward to this film for quite some time. It was supposed to be available Feb. of this year, but I have yet to find this to be so. Am I not looking for it in the right places? Or is it not finished yet? Whomever may have the answers to this question, please reply so all may know what is going on with the film and when we can expect to see it.
